A charming restaurant tucked in the alley, everything on the platter was delicious and our prawn pasta was so flavourful. The highlight was the kind staff - thank you!

Beef steak was like a piece of wood with terrible side dish,pasta was ok but to pricey,wine was local but priced like it’s from Mars. And,my favourite,you ask for a jug of watter and they bring you the bottled one! All together-avoid!

We enjoyed to walk the familiar path to Fundamentum and to be greeted with joy and recognition by Boris. You can feel that Fundamentum places value on quality in food and drinks (the selected wine list) as well as on a warm welcome for its guests. With his friendly, attentive nature, Josip perfectly complements the Fundamentum team. He always finds the time for a funny conversation or a professional wine consultation.

My personal favorite and an absolute heartfelt recommendation this year were the truffle gnocchi.

We hope to see you again next year :)

Dimos por casualidad con este hermoso lugar, está en una calle discreta de Korčula y fue una experiencia magnífica en todos los sentidos. Tiene dos accesos para ingresar. Íbamos sin reservación pero eran las 7:30pm y tuvieron una mesa disponible, después de esa hora todas las mesas estaban ocupadas.

Pedimos la sopa del día que era de calabacita (zuccini) y fue una sorpresa que un plato tan sencillo fuera tan delicioso!!

Mi pareja pidió gnocci con catfish y quedó maravillado. Yo soy vegetariana así que pedí gnocci con trufas, creo que los mejores que he probado!
El pan con el que acompañan los alimentos es tan suave y esponjoso que asombra. El vino dulce espumoso una maravilla, el ambiente romántico, la atención fue de lo mejor, siempre al pendientes por si necesitábamos algo.

De esta cena para dos personas fueron poco menos de 65 euros. Si está dentro de tu presupuesto por favor date la oportunidad. Al lado de nosotros estaba una familia que iba a repetir la buena experiencia. ????????
