Beware of this place. Guests who check out at 12.30 are terrorized with calls, bangs at the door from 11 am on. At 12 a person enters your room without permission, threatening physical removal. When we said we would notify the management and other guests on social media about such trespassing, the 7 feet tall security guy threatened: if we post something on social media, they would post misbehavior of us as guests on social media. There are some new better places around like Maslina and others in Hvar who treat their guests with dignity and respect, the Elisabeth hotel should be avoided under all circumstances.

This is what a Hotel Should be. The room was fabulous. The location was perfect. The staff were warm, helpful, and accommodating. If you like five star, high end Hotels, this is definitely the place to stay in Hvar!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palace Elisabeth! The hotel itself is just beautiful, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well appointed, and the sea view is just beautiful. Definitely recommend splurging for a balcony as the views are incredible and it is just so nice to sit out and take in all the sights and sounds. The nightly turn-down service was a very nice touch as well and we loved seeing what amenity would be left in our room each evening! The highlight though was definitely the breakfast- best breakfast we have ever had! Large menu with a variety of items and all were so well prepared and unique! The hotel's outdoor space is beautiful and the outdoor bar/lounge area is just lovely and so comfortable with great cocktails too. Palace Elisabeth has set a new bar of hotels for us, and we would very happily return!!
