Old outdated Overpriced & Ragged this property is so Void of Value it should be a 2 Star at best. As usual the ‘Hype’ was adhered to via that hotel app of the same name. And left us in a Horrid situation. Not only was the food atrocious but the staff was less than accommodating. I’ve worked in 4 star establishments and wonder where the service is in customer service. So lacking was the professionalism I came out of character to ‘Check’ these Fools! Literally! So if I had not had enough border issues being ‘Randomly’ selected for ‘Inspection’ and being the Only Black Person in 1000 miles. Not to mention the airport itself. Then I come to this place and I’m told I can’t sun 10 meters from the place you can sun? And I’m the only Black Person on the property? Then it wasn’t even an employee ordering me to leave then demanding me to put the chairs back as they were, it was a ‘Friend’ of the ‘Manager’ who was dressed like any ‘Dude’ off the street! To take this ‘Establishment’ seriously would be to your detriment. APPALLING was the service and the food! Breakfast is basic AF with no fresh eggs or any amenities associated with 4 star stays on any continent. The price for this pain was exorbitant. And humiliating. I will NEVER RETURN!

Be weary when booking this location and at what point in the year. I really wanted to like this place. The room we had was big and spacious and clean. However, we were not made aware of the last day of their season and we basically checked-in and were told we need to check out early the next day and that all of the staff would be leaving. The employees were very ready to leave and nobody was very helpful. The location is pretty far from the downtown and not an easy walk with luggage (many flights of stairs), which also would have been nice to know.

Since they were all ready to leave, we tried eating dinner and breakfast and they were out of practically everything we wanted which was disappointing.

I do believe this place has potential and is nice when in-season but they did a terrible job communicating this and it was a very odd experience.

So confused at the bad reviews for this hotel! The rooms are modern, clean, & well appointed. Breakfast was good and had the variety that you’d expect to find in Europe. You can’t beat the ocean front lounge chairs & swimming area. We did not get a massage but the spa area was beautiful. Yes this hotel is a 20 min walk from town but it’s a lovely walk :) I recommend this hotel!

This is more of a 4.5 rather than a 5 simply because the bathroom and much of the hotel do need an update (it's very dated but nothing that wasn't advertised). The breakfast is basic and dwindle towards the end of our trip because it's the last day of the season (we visited in the first week of October). The private beach cove is absolutely stunning and quiet with plenty of sun beds - not sure about the peak season though. The service has been nothing but kind. The location is actually not that far from Hvar town considering you have a very lovely paved walkway along the coast. 15-20 minutes is a normal amount that most Europeans walk from A to B (plus a handful of steps) so anyone complaining about this needs to reconsider their life choices. The hotel shouldn't be penalised for being 'far' from town - this is obvious from Google Maps if you've done your research prior to arrival.

Fabulous location just outside Hvar town. Easy 15 minute walk into town. Good swimming spot and lovely views. Really helpful staff and there are some good day trips to go on. Room was big but shower was a bit dribbly though!
