Kratak osvrt na boravak u „Waterman Svpetrvs Resort“ za Uskrs 2024.
Uslužnost osoblja je bila vrhunska.
Smještaj u apartmanu je za ocjenu 3, nisu svaki dan čistili i mijenjali potrebnu posteljinu i ručnike, a apartman nije bio friško pofarmab iako su zidovi za tim vapili. ????
No, najvažnija ali i najlošija stvar su bili obroci. Za doručak nisu ponuđene osnovne stvari, namazi, više vrta sireva, više vrsta voća, više vrsta toplih jela. Svako jutro su bile u ponudi ista vrsta jela. Za ručak su nudili također svega tri vrste jela, nedostajalo je toliko toga. Isto vrijedi i za večeru. Da ne bih nabrajao što je sve nedostajalo, mogu samo konstatirati da je „menu!“ bio kao u najlošijem radničkom restoranu 70' godina. Na sam Uskrs ponuda je bila toliko jadna da si se moga rasplakati od muke i jada. Susretljivom osoblju restorana smo to napomenuli, a njihov odgovor je bio da je to dogovor šefa kuhinje i uprave. Slično je rekla i jedna od susretljivih domaćica hotelskog kompleksa.
Prije dvije godine, Uskrs u „WSR“ je ostao u tako dobrom pamćenju po bogatom i raznovrsnom „menu“-u da smo supruga i ja htjeli ponoviti nezaboravni događaj Uskrsa na Braču. Ovogodišnji boravak je isto bio nezaboravni, nikada se više nećemo vratiti, a preporučamo i da se WSR izbjegava u velikom luku.

Perfect Easter vacation. We are staying there from 2016 regulary, and we are so happy to see that every year service is better. Thank you for making beautiful Easter memories for our kids. Entertainment and animation team you are the best❤️ Especially Tanja❤️ Marinella and Antea are sending a lot of kisses. We also enjoyed our meals in restaurant, the choice of food and waiters are great. Thank you for everything and see you next year, family Juras

Wir waren im Oktober da. Kurz vor Saison Ende ist es ruhig, Animation war da aber sehr runtergefahren. Restaurant gab es nur noch eins von Vieren. Leider war das mit der schönen Aussicht schon geschlossen. Der geheizte Infinity Pool ab 16 Jahren kostet extra. Der geheizte Indoor Pool mit Sauna und Dampfbad war natürlich rappelvoll mit Familien. Die Pizza ist lobenswert! Das Essen war sehr kindergerecht. Getränke wie Zuhause kosten extra. Aperol, Havanna etc. Cola Fanta Sprite gab es nicht oder nur aus dem Sirup Sprudler. Es gab eine Eisbär mit Softeis : Vanille und Schoko Vanille das war's.

Supposed to be 5*. Location and pools fine.
The food okay but nothing special. We were all inclusive and the wine we were given was in refilled bottles. Filled with cheap or watered down wine, disgraceful!

De très bonnes vacances, le personnel sans exception, font leurs maximum pour que vous ayez un séjour agréable, une politesse,etc.. que malheureusement nous ne trouvons plus aussi facilement en France, la Croatie est magnifique.Nous étions sur l'île de Brac' , avec l'agence de voyage LKTOURS et FRAM, je remercie toutes les personnes dont je connais les prénoms : Anne et Régine de chez LKTOURS, Naïma responsable de chez FRAM Jade, Bérengère,Adrien, animateurs de chez Fram. Pour leurs professionnalisme, bravos à tous.
Nous avions un souci pour notre retour vers Bâle suite aux alertes à la bombe, jeudi19 octobre, donc étions à l'aéroport de Split, Easyjet vous envoi littéralement promené ????. Anne, Régine et Naïma ont fait leurs maximum, pour notre prise en charge, donc rapatriement sur l'île, logé, etc ...jusqu'à notre départ de dimanche 22 octobre. Tout était très bien organisé, UN GRAND MERCI A VOUS TOUS. Anne et Régine de l'agence LKTOURS de Colmar ( rue des Jardins) étaient toutes les deux régulièrement en contact avec moi, soit téléphoniquement, soit par mails. ????????????????????????

Um resort muito bom. Quarto espaçoso e com todas as comodidades necessárias para uns dias de férias. Os espaços exteriores muito bons. Jardins, piscinas, bares muito bem cuidados. O staff sempre muito simpático. A comida bastante aceitável.

Das Essen ist eine Katastrophe! Immer das gleiche und nicht wirklich lecker.
Das Rührei zum Frühstück kann ich garnicht beschreiben ,so ekelhaft ist das!
Personal ist nett und die Anlage ist ok, aber war es auch ….

Propreté très douteuse très vieillot, personnel pas sympathique. Repas sans saveur et monotone sur 7 jours. Nous n'y reviendrons pas.

L'hôtel est très bien situé et possède un potentiel énorme! mais tout ce qui concerne l'organisation et l'animation est déplorable et c'est bien dommage ! la nourriture est plus que limite !!
