If you are buying real estate on Brač the CPS is the best. Lea and Boris were amazing in helping us to find and buy a lot which matched our preferences. They responded to emails and texts immediately which is extremely rare for croatian real estate companies. They are super professional, provided helpful advice and processed the purchase in no time. You will not be sorry if you pick them as your agents!

The apartment on the first floor was very good. I liked the air conditioning, the terrace with a sea view, the bathroom, the location, and the owner lady. I did not like that there were two old coolers down on the backyard of a neighbour restaurant or bar which was very noisy and during the night we could not keep our windows open. Even when we close the blinders it was still loud, I cannot sleep. :-( They should take them somewhere else, it is terrible.
On the booking they listed adryer but it is a mistake, there are no driers but no problem, you can hang your swimmingdresses on the clothesline on the terrace, it will become dry till the morning.
