We greatly appreciated Mia's and CPS assistance when buying our house on Brac. We had been looking for several years and there didn't seem to be anything in our budget/requirements, when we contacted CPS. Mia quickly and efficiently organized viewing of many properties of interest and through the entire process we felt safe and comfortable doing business with CPS and the sellers. Mia went above and beyond, answering all our questions and procuring extra information, and it really meant we were comfortable buying a property in another country.

Mia at CPS is amazing! She went above and beyond in helping us to get the apartment we wanted. As we were unable to travel to Croatia during that time, she made a great video of the place and we felt confident buying it without having seen it live before. We trusted Mia from the beginning. She is extremely professional, responds promptly, gets things done quickly and makes it easy for international buyers to get their bearings in a new place. You won’t find a better agent. Highly recommended!!!

Boris and Mia were extremely helpful with the sale of our property, especially as we were not always in Croatia. They were easy to deal with and responsive. We had a successful sale in a short amount of time and we are grateful for their assistance.

Amazing team! Lea and Boris really took time to talk to us and find out what we want. They were very friendly the entire time. Boris took time to show us multiple properties. They are very understanding, honest and not pushy. Highly recommended!
