HÔTEL PORIN HERITAGE

Mega schönes Hotel,saubere Zimmer und sehr nette Mitarbeiter.Immer wieder gerne:).

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Angestellten sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

For a 4 star hotel that charged 200 euros a night for our stay, Hotel Porin was not worth the money. While the room itself was great (particularly the sea-view from our window), the service is was shockingly unprofessional. 90% of the time that we left the hotel, there was no one at the front desk - the workers were either smoking outside, at the bar across the street, or in some cases, simply gone! There was no bell to ring and no way to get a hold of anyone other than to wait at the entrance, which, again, for a four-stat hotel is unacceptable.

The worst part about the stay, however, was our breakfast at the hotel. Simply put, the options were limited (eggs can be ordered cooked but everything else was cold) and the staff unprofessional. We saw waiters smoking inside the restaurant when we went downstairs, and while I only have a video (that Google won’t let me upload along with this review) a couple of waiters stood around while tens of flies crowded around chocolate croissants that were out in the open (When I pointed this out, their reaction was a delayed “Oh,” rather than any sort of embarrassment or apology).

Some of the responses by the hotel in the other comments try to distance itself from the restaurant downstairs, but I am sorry to say that if the hotel includes a breakfast in their package, and the restaurant provides said breakfast, the hotel is absolutely responsible for the quality of the breakfast.

The location for the hotel is nice, and the beaches are close-by, but the food options around the area are overpriced and people are generally unhappy to be working - a sentiment that Hotel Porin and their staff seem to reflect.

Shame.

The place , the staff everything about this place is awesome. I visited the place 4 months ago and I had to visit again a couple of days ago. I am sure I will be there again. Love this place.Friendly , comfortable, clean just perfect.

⚠️Würde 0 Sterne geben… Man bekommt in Zimmer 7 kein Auge zu ,da es in der Nacht extrem laut auf der Straße ist . Leute feiern bis 3 Uhr nachts… ab 23 Uhr kann man auch niemanden an der Rezeption mehr erreichen. Am nächsten Tag haben wir die Rezeptionistin darauf angesprochen, die nur uninteressiert meinte dass sie nichts machen kann und sie weiß von dem Problem. Angeblich wurde dass auch beim Check in kommuniziert., was definitiv nicht stimmt da niemand dann in so einem Zimmer schlafen würde… Also aufgepasst welches Zimmer ihr bekommt. Nie mehr wieder
