I stayed in the apartment at 27 Plinarska on the lower floor with a balcony. It was absolutely beautiful and made me feel like I’d settled into my own home in Split. It’s situated on a quiet street in the old town area, so it’s separated from the crowds of the Riva area. The apartment was spacious and seemed to have been renovated very recently. It felt high quality, with nice touches throughout. The bathroom in particular was beautiful. The street and immediate area have everything you’d need, including a small supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

My only criticism is the amount of noise from any guests staying in the upstairs apartment above. Being an older building, I could hear every single footstep of the upstairs guests, thunderously echoing through my room. Thankfully they went to sleep at a reasonable time.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w apartamencie w centrum Splitu. bezpłatnie zaoferowano nam wyższy Standard pokoju niż dokonaliśmy rezerwacji. Sam pobyt przekroczył nasze oczekiwania. bardzo czyste apartamenty, wygodne lżej i poduszki ,wydajna klimatyzacja ,dobrej jakości kosmetyki, na życzenie wymiana pościeli, jedyny hotel który oferuje nawet ręczniki na plażę. Bardzo pyszne śniadania w restauracji Bellamonte. Bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji. Bardzo blisko do promenady w Splicie. Jesteśmy mega zadowoleni i polecamy wszystkim. Dziękujemy za wspaniały wypoczynek waszym apartamencie !!!.

Schöne Apartments mitten in der Altstadt von Split. Super freundlicher Empfang. Alles, was das Herz begehrt auf dem Zimmer.

Man sollte sich darüber bewusst sein, dass es in der Altstadt laut werden kann.

Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung.

Really beautiful stay in an "apartment-hotel" type setting. We enjoyed the location just off the beaten path and the intimate small building that looks out on the yoga garden, do check out the classes! The room was modern with good windows, bath and a small fridge with plates and silverware. It helped us to relax after a long two days getting to Split. The breakfast was ok, simple items, but with full water service, in a nearby restaurant. My only feedback was the music was a bit too much stimulation for the morning for a weary traveler. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful with booking bus travel to Bosnia.
