在一栋大型建筑中的私人度假屋，位置非常好，距离戴克里先宫和里瓦河步行3分钟。不要与同一条街上的Luxe Split酒店相混淆。位于高层的双人间和公寓可以看到城市、港口、大海和山脉的绝佳全景。房间很宽敞，有些还有阳台，很舒适（免费Wi-Fi、保险箱、迷你酒吧、水壶、卫星电视、良好的隔音效果、良好的收视率），并且有开阔的视野。

Service was supportive, but the rest was way sub-par for a ****hotel. The hotel is just 2 separate floors in an otherwise office building, there is no bar, the room soundproofing was nearly non-existent, so I could hear in other rooms as well as storage room, which was right next to mine. The room door had no way of locking from the inside, which is not a comfortable thing to have at night. And the breakfast was... well, let's just say it was one of the saddest experiences i ever had, to say the least. It's definitely worth skipping and going literally just across the street to Villa Dianna for a proper breakfast.
Overall, a four star hotel should know better.
