We had high hopes for this place, but after having a mind blowing dining experience in a smaller restaurant, this dinner was disappointing. The food was good, fresh and tasty, but the details were wrong. The service was at a diner level, waiters wouldn't look at you when you walked in, and their performance was rather friendly-robotic, not genuine. They were polite and somewhat trained, but not attentive and enthusiastic for a fine dining restaurant. The interior and presentation couldn't be improved as well to look more stylish and up to date. Now everything but the food is just average.

Amazing restaurant with very professional and super kind staff that make your stay there very comfortable :) The food is just amazing, so delicious, everything that I've tried was 10/10! Sizes of portions were more than sufficient for me. Will definitely eat at Šug again and I recommend it to everyone who finds themself in Split :)
