In particular, the Split wine recommended to go with the menu was very tasty.
The steak tartar was unbelievably good and more than I expected. Grilled salmon and truffled mashed potatoes were good.
The not so good part is that the main dishes don't come with any sides, and the sides were less than impressive. It was roughly €5 each for the mashed potatoes and corn on the cob, which the corn was unpresentable and not so fresh. It looked pre-frozen, to be honest.
The Irish Black Angus Steak was sadly unimpressive. Large amounts of fat, connective tissue, and what I assume to be meat glue in pretty much every bite. Ordered medium rare, what arrived was at least extra rare if not blue. I did not ask for it to be cooked more because that part didn't really bother me, but the quality of the meat itself was for sure worth less than half of what I paid for.
Still a good experience overall, and the server gave us a very tasty complimentary drink following the dinner (not because of complaints about the food). I would still go back for another dinner, but I would probably order a seafood dish rather than steak.

Ich tue mich wirklich schwer, Restaurants, die ich besuche, schlecht zu bewerten. Aber die bewusste Falschinformation ärgert mich sehr.
Ich sagte dem Kellner, dass das Fleisch nicht akzeptabel und selbstverständlich nicht frisch war. Sein schuldbewusster Blick sprach Bände. Ebenso sein Versuch einer Erklärung, dass vieles auf der Karte schon ausverkauft sei. Bezahlt habe ich natürlich den vollen, unangemessenen Preis. Auch der Likör aufs Haus vertreibt leider nicht den schlechten Beigeschmack, den dieses Art des Umgangs mit mir als Gast hinterlässt.
