Ich kann wärmstens die Tagesausflüge mit der Hope empfehlen. Der Skippper bietet ein unglaubliches Programm auf dem Boot (Essen frisch aus dem Meer, unglaublich schöne Buchten uvm). Die Frauen in der Agentur sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir wollten Klettersteig Ausrüstung ausleihen für den Via Ferrata des Life of Mars Trails, da eine buchbare Gruppentour nicht zustande kam. Doch leider waren die Veranstalter dazu zu unflexibel. Wir hatten angeboten den Tourpreis zu zahlen und den Ausweis zu hinterlassen. Dieser Service hat auf jeden Fall noch Verbessungspotential!

Wir hatten eine Tour mit 10 Leuten gebucht , letztendlich waren wir 25 ,was viel zu viel ist für so eine Tour ,dann würde uns gesagt das wir die Höhlen nicht anfahren können weil zu viel Wind ist ,OK allerdings hatten wir nur deshalb diese Tour gebucht ,da aber von den 25 ,13 es nicht einmal bis zur nächsten Badebucht Geschaft haben würde diese Tour dann ganz abgesagt ,wir haben nicht einmal die Hälfte des Geldes wieder bekommen ,würde es nicht noch einmal buchen ????????

Odradili smo kajak turu u Podvelebitskom kanalu i od Ručice (Metajna). Obje ture su predivne, mogu ih odraditi i mladi i stariji, a i djeca. Odlična prilika za istražiti ljepote otoka koje su nedostupne autom ili pješice. Posebna pohvala za vodiča Marina!

We went on a boat trip from Lun to Rab which was very nice. They arranged busses to take us from Novalja to Lun. When we arrived back in Lun from our boat trip the bus was not present. After calling them, they told us that the bus had not left Novalja and they would arrange alternative transport. After waiting for 1.5 hours in the hot sun, they finally arrived and brought us back to Novalja. After demanding an immediate refund for the bus trips costs they were willing to go to bank and refund us the money. I would recommend demanding a refund if this happens to you.

Sve pohvale! Posebno Debori Sabo sa kojom smo organizirali izlet sa više od 40 osoba! bili smo na izletu na olib i silbu, odlična ekipa, pomogli nam sa besplatnim parkingom za 10 auti, hrana bila vrlo dobra, svježa skuša, meso i povrće sa žara, lijepa ruta, odličan kapetan i posad!, sve to uz apsolutno fer cijenu. Pun pogodak!
