Ak by tam nebol tak skvelý personál, skvelé jedlo, voňavo a čisto, tak by sme neboli spokojní.
Nestačí hotel len udržiavať, treba aj inovovať.
Ešte raz ďakujeme skvelým ľuďom.

We stayed in the hotel just for one night. The price was very good and included half board. I booked this hotel becouse of the good rewievs but to me the swimming pool was imperative- we promised our 3 years old that we will go swimming. They confirmed they had a swimming pool and they knew we were staying with a small child. But if was the first day the poo l was open for the season and both wather and room were cold. Conclusion: we ended up paying additonal 40 euro for a 1.5 hours stay in the Thalassotherapy swimming pool ( swimming pool in a recovery center in Opatija) were we had to drive ourselves. Now, for that price we could have booked another place so we wouldn't have to drive there and back. When the receptionist realized that she didn't even apologize or tryed to do something. So...big minus. I will not be back.
