Das etwas andere besondere Hotel. Ein Kleinod. Boutique-Hotel. Unfassbarer Blick. Wundervoller Infinity-Pool. Frühstück ohne Buffet. Persönlicher Service der Hausherrin, der man anmerkt, wie viel Liebe Sie in ihr Haus und ins Detail steckt. Das ist sicher nichts für jedermann. Muss man mögen. Wir haben es geliebt. Went there for dinner only after seeing the reviews. Fantastic food and location, great views, tranquil and very romantic in a tiny village on top of the hills. Dinner menu changes daily with local ingredients. Mussels and steak with truffles were superb! Best dinner of our stay. Portions are huge (split a starter and main if you are smaller eaters) This is a hidden gem. Very friendly staff. Would be a great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet setting.

Villa Stephanija is a little bit of paradise in Istria. It's location offers a breathtaking view and our stay will live on in our hearts forever. We were welcomed into the Villa Stephanija family and instantly felt relaxed and at home. The facilities are of exceptional quality and offer elegant, luxurious comfort.
So many thoughtful touches ensure that peaceful relaxation is guaranteed. Breakfast was a daily delight and we cannot recommend highly enough the evening meals in the restaurant. A different daily menu offering authentic local food served with a smile.
By far the gem of this beautiful Villa is Duska...her passion, hospitality, infectious laugh, attention to detail and gratitude for the opportunity to share her home and dream with us are exceptional.

Een week verbleven mijn man en ik in dit mooie verblijf.
Een hele fijne, rustige, mooie en sfeervolle plek. Prachtig uitzicht en natuur om je heen. Heerlijk zwembad.
Kleinschalig wat het verblijf persoonlijker laat aanvoelen. Eigenaresse is erg warm en attent. Gastheer wat in de bediening werkt, een vrolijke lieve man, en de hond erbij maakt dat je je thuis voelt.
Het eten is vers en goed. Net zoals de wijnen. Schone kamer.
Als je een stadje wil bezoeken, dan liggen deze al op 20/25 minuten rijafstand.
Kortom wij hebben genoten. Aanrader!

Zelo lepo urejen butični hotel. Lastnica izjemno prijetna ženska, ki daje dušo celotni storitvi. Hrana zelo dobra. Vsekakor priporočam, kljub nekoliko visokim cenam.

Rada by som zareagovala len na tému kvalita jedla vo ville Štefanija. Tri plátky mäsa (tepelne a chuťovo zle spracované) s troma cherry paradajkami a páru lístkami šalátu s bagetou z mrazničky za 45,- Eur je myslím si hodne silné kafé. Keďže mám ukončenú hotelovú školu, milujem dobré jedlo, pracovala som v 5* hoteloch a pravidelne chodievam do reštaurácii (a nejaký ten WOW gastronomický zážitok v mojom živote už bol) - dovolím si napísať, že som veľmi sklamaná. Taktiež by som si priala o niečo bohatší raňajkový bufet (primeraný cene za ubytovanie, ktorá nie je nízka). Istria ponúka neuveriteľne veľké množstvo čerstvých, chutných regionálnych potravín, zeleniny a ovocia - určite to stojí za zamyslenie sa a zmenu k lepšiemu. Neviem čo si mám naozaj myslieť o tých mega pozitívnych komentároch iných tu komentujúcich klientov, príde mi to čudné.

Wenn man vom Paradies auf Erden spricht, dann ist man dem dort sehr sehr nahe. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Das gesamte Ambiente, die Umgebung, die Art und Weise mit den Gästen umzugehen ist einfach phänomenal. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder hierher um für einen kurzen Moment des Lebens wieder im Paradies zu sein.

Exceptional views, quiet and nice. Feeling of luxury when you sit down and are served a fantastic breakfast along with this view, or dinner which was also very good.
