Very nice hotel, near to the beach, with own beachbar and sunbeds for free of charge use for hotel guests. Really kind and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, AC is working properly.
There is a garage available for certain rooms which is plus because of weather (your car won’t be hot).
The only doubt that we have is the restaurant. We are not sure if such sophisticated place is a good choice for the hotel restaurant. Food is delicious but sometimes you just want to eat something „normal”.
I really recommend the place and people that work here.

Etwas weiter nördlich von Novigrad findet man den Badeort Savudrija. Hier ist das Hotel/Restaurant „Villa Rosetta“ zu empfehlen. Das Hotel stammt aus den 30ger Jahren des letzten Jahrhunderts. Die Dame und die Köchin des Hauses hat bereits viele Kochbücher veröffentlicht (auf Italienisch).
Es gibt einen eigenen Strand, gute Küche und ausgesprochen zivile Preise.

We stayed at Villa Rosetta last year. We came back because we liked it very
much and were excited to see the renovated hotel. Yet it has been a disappointing experience. The Hotel was nicely renovated. The garden is redesigned. The location is great. However the service f.i Room cleaning is not good. Our room was not ready at 4:00 pm and not cleaned up. That is not a four star class. Mini bar does not exist despite the fact it is mentioned on the hotel website and TripAdvisor. A bed lamp was broken on our arrival and was still when we left. Room rate was not fair even though we booked 6 months in advance with upfront payment, we realized the rate was 20% cheaper on the hotel site at the time of our stay. The garage had a problem with the hotel drain pipes. Waste water was leaking.
We complained without success or compensation. It is a pity because the location is nice, quiet with access to the beach with a pleasant beach bar.
The renovation in 2022-2023 turned this hotel in a more modern venue. Bedroom and bathroom are new and modern.
It is a pity for some members of the breakfast service and beach bar staffs who are very dedicated, friendly and efficient; it is not because them that we left with a poor feeling.
