Siamo stati in vacanza la fine di agosto che dire..ci siamo trovati molto bene sia sia come posizione e confort..la cucina internazionale e colazione abbondante l'unica pecca la pulizia della stanza, veniva fatta tutte le mattine con cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani tutti i giorni l'unica pecca che lasciava desiderare erano diverse macchie sulla moquette che abbiamo fatto notare diverse volte ma mai presi in considerazione!! Per il resto tutto ok

Moguće promijeniti kablovsku tv,povećati kvadrate soba na uštrb veličine ,potrebno je doraditi na ambijentu soba i cjelokupnog hotela.

Lovely hotel though it is isolated if you like to wander through little streets and have a coffee. Drive or taxi to Pula only 15 - 20 mins away though.
Hotel very clean and food very good. One waiter, Salvador, was wonderful - such a pleasant person, and so helpful - though several others were obviously very bored and we often saw people hunting for cutlery and glasses in main restaurant terrace area (we ate outside every day so can't comment on indoor staff).
Indoor bar staff very rude unfortunately and no service on terrace at all, at any time, so often a long queue to get drinks.
Overall a nice week away but service could be improved as this is a 4 star all inclusive hotel.
Also, definitely press the 'do not disturb' button in your room in the morning or housekeeping staff WILL burst in, no knocking, whilst you're getting dressed!

Had a short 4 night stay here with my partner and we highly recommend! All the staff were so friendly and very accommodating. Hotel and room was clean and well kept. Great entertainment in the evenings. Wide selection of food. Slightly older guests than what we were used to but I think we preferred that as it’s a more calming atmosphere, guest were friendly and approachable, everyone was respectful of communal areas. The only critique I would have is the pool was a bit colder than what we would have wanted but this shouldn’t impact anyone’s decision to visit and stay at this hotel. We stayed in September so this may be the reason.
Overall 10/10 stay.
