There is two different buildings under the same name and we had bad luck to get room in bad one. After the person at the front desk refused to help us to switch room because of the noise we been forced to leave "the hotel" and now we have to open a claim with the bank to get our money back.
The walls are so thin that is very hard to explain but you can hear everything and we had party next door.
So there is no customer service here in this fake place.
Be careful here and be ready for bad surprises.

Ugodno mjesto.Čisto,visoki standard,simpatično osoblje.

Odlična lokacija, simpatičan hotel. Čist. Osoblje pristupačno i susretljivo.
Like somebody already said its place from hell.
Very noisy and super thin walls just to prevent air to go through them.
We even asked for different room but person at the front desk refused and lying that everything is already booked.
We been forced to leave the room after couple of hours to prevent further problems.
If is this normal country this place would be torn down and owner be placed in prison cell for false advertising.
