Everything is good about this hotel very well located good for business travellers, for vegetarian it’s can b a challenge to manage but breakfast is like king so you may manage your lunch n dinner other venue near to hotel

Un endroit emblématique de l’hôtellerie à Madagascar. En cours de rénovation après le rachat récent de l’établissement. Un hôtel avec du charme. J’aime particulièrement sa pâtisserie et salon de thé et surtout le spa, piscine chauffée, sauna et hammam

Moderately satisfactory stay.

- warm welcome and very professional staff
- old-fashioned room with sanitary facilities that seem to have aged and are poorly maintained, the hot water did not work, nor did the air conditioning
- we were given an upgrade to a better room with a spa bath ????
- unfortunately the rooms at the higher price are all carpeted ???? poorly maintained carpet can quickly become a favourite place for dust mites, I had allergies after a few days
- hot water worked well this time, only it was yellow so no way to enjoy the bath
- very mixed feelings about the catering, I had a piece of iron straw in my dish, the manager made a commercial gesture behind it but that doesn't excuse so little rigour in the hygiene of your dishes!
- very disappointed that children are not allowed in the swimming pool, whereas the Louvre next door lets even babies use the jacuzzi

Overall, the hotel is still interesting but has aged, the value for money is no longer there while the competition is tough.

Nous avons passé 8 nuit dans cet hôtel lugubre. Nous sommes arrivés tard et avons été placé dans deux vieilles chambres qui sentaient fortement la moisissure. Le lendemain nous avons été déplacés dans deux autres chambres dans un état un peu meilleur, mais dont les salles de bains étaient envahies de moisissures. Dans son ensemble l’hôtel est vieux et mal entretenu, le personnel n’est pas serviable voir désagréable et ne font rien pour vous aider à passer un bon séjour. L’hôtel était vide et plutôt que nous mettre dans la nouvelles aile de l’hôtel où les chambres son en bien meilleures état, nous avons juste été déplacé dans des similaires, vieilles et sales.

Surtout n’allez pas dans cette hôtel, on est à la limite de l’arnaque, préférez le Radison qui est un vrai hôtel de standing, du même niveau de n’importe quel grand 4 étoile occidentale.
