Unfortunately quite a disappointment. They did not follow room request confirmed during booking. Received different one. Room was a bit outdated and overpriced. Also they are charging additionally for the gym and swimming pool use. There is also renovation, so in case you wanna stay a bit in your room during the day, be ready for drill noise. During the night you are being woken up by roosters from 3am or the street noise.

Parfait hôtel pour un séjour de courte durée. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, lumineuses et bien équipées. |L'hotel est très bien situé : proche du marché de Papeete et de la gare maritime et à 10 min de l'aéroport.

Terrible service and mid room. Was placed here by the airline for one night. When we arrived, we inquired about breakfast and transportation back to the airport the next day and the woman at the front desk responded “I have no idea what the airline has for you.” Meanwhile, the breakfast was downstairs in the lobby and shuttles were waiting for us in the morning. After receiving no response from her, no one informed us about the updated shuttle times so we missed the shuttles. The room was mid with a dirty couch and balcony door on the roof that did not lock, we called the lobby to have them fix it or place us in a new room and they said they’d call us back but did not.

Despite repeated emails requesting an early check-in (all ignored/ not replied to by the hotel) on arrival I was given conflicting information by 2 people on reception - 1 said no early check-in available; 1 said early check in was available but the room would not be ready for a while.
When I asked if we could have a complimentary breakfast whilst we waited, miraculously the room became available!
The cost of the room is very expensive for the product received. The room was a little dated but was clean and functional. We stayed in an executive suite which had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small kitchenette.
The hotel is well located for the port - just a 5/10 minute walk.

This hotel is great. Room 608 was like a timeshare. Kitchen and everything. Walking distance to coffee restaurants and the market.

Two patio doors both door locks were broken. One in bedroom already had a stick jammed in the door to lock it and when we noticed the other door didn’t lock we called and were told no one could fix it until the next day so we jammed a ironing board in there and wedged a chair against it. They fixed it the next day with another stick- WTH! We are paying over $400 a night this is crazy. There is no safety box in the room. The shower flooded the bathroom all the time, extremely bad design. They don’t believe in face clothes. The kitchen is not stocked with a microwave, coffeemaker or anything to wipe your hands or dishes with. Can’t use the pots and pans because the teflon is so scratches and peeling on them. You only get water the first day you arrive.|We paid for “Seaside” only to find it faces the sea BUT tons of buildings in front of it so there is no view. Just a little misleading.|A lot of their ad is misleading

The lock on the patio door in the living room was broken and when we advised the front desk, they said they could not fix it until the next day. So we used the ironing board and a chair to secure the door. When they did come to fix it, they just put a stick in to jam the door instead of fixing the lock. ||The wooden patio furniture was not even useable. The wood has no finish on it and it is dilapidated and is all black. So is the actual cement patio. ||The kitchen is not stocked properly and there is just a hole in the wall where the microwave used to be. It says it has a coffee maker, but it does not. There was only a kettle. There was no dish soap, no tea towel and no napkins of any sort. ||The toilet did not work properly. I don’t believe an explanation for that is necessary.||The advertisement says that there is a mini bar in the room and that there is a bar at the pool, which there is neither of. ||We paid over $1800 Canadian to stay at this hotel for four nights. We certainly did not get a $400 plus per night hotel.||I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Schönes Stadthotel, Zimmer sind gut. Essen im Restaurant ist gut. Gute Lage, der Hafen ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Chambre (suite) confortable pour nos deux premières nuits en Polynésie.|Hôtel situé en plein centre, proche de tout (marché, gare maritime, ...).|Ce commentaire pour une mention spéciale pour le restaurant: une très belle surprise, des bons produits bien préparés, des poissons à la juste cuisson, c'est frais, c'est parfumé, et un dessert de très haute volée (un Paris-Brest revisité) . Merci.

Nous n'y reviendrons pas. Par contre très bien placé. Marché de Papeete a une centaine de mètres et de toutes commodités.

Personnel charmant.
Proche centre ville.
Restaurant excellent et petit déjeuner copieux.
Je recommande pour visiter Tahiti.

Nous avons eu une suite junior kitchenette, salon...salle de bain et toilettes à revoir. L'ensemble commence à être vieillot par rapport aux photos mises sur leur site il y a déjà quelques années. Pourquoi, une kitchenette qui ne sert a rien puisque pas de micro-onde..... Malheureusement, nous n'y retournerons pas. J'avais vu des avis négatifs et pensez que les gens exagéraient leurs propos . Et bien malheureusement non.

Rooms are very spacious, pool area and bit small, breakfast was very good

Situé pas loin du port, hôtel mal insonorisé ( on entend la rue comme si on y était: les sirènes, les motos, les voitures …).
Cadre moderne, sans âme et vieillissant.
Petit déjeuner continental minimaliste et très cher.
A éviter même en cas de transit

Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Dommage pour le bruit de circulation dans les chambres côté route qui vient gâcher la note d'ensemble.
Restaurant parfait avec des plats délicieux et un service très sympathique.
Piscine agréable au calme.
Emplacement pratique pour visiter la ville et le marché.
L'extérieur de l'hôtel mériterait un rafraîchissement sur les balcons et certaines façades.

Standard room overlooking Ave du Prince Hinoi. The room didn't have good soundproofing, and there was substantial road noise all night long - lots of traffic. The air conditioner was off and took some time to cool the room down. Bathroom towel rack was falling off. Only 1 light in bathroom - hard to see.

Fitness center air conditioning worked great, equipment was in need of some repair. No water, towels, or cleaning wipes provided in fitness center.

Price paid was exorbitant compared to the product received.

Front desk was friendly and called a taxi for us to return to the airport.

I asked for an early check in but when I got there they said 1pm was the earliest. After getting off a cruise it would have been nice to get in early, but instead had to leave our bags at the hotel and walked to the city center. I really have an issue that they didn't even give us a receipt for our luggage, just left it in a room and trusted everyone to say "that's my bag". There were at least 20 people waiting for their rooms and they let us all check in at 1pm so we had to wait in a very long line to get our room. It's obvious that all the rooms were ready, so why didn't they let people into their rooms as they were ready instead of the 1pm cattle call?? The location was close enough to the city center so that's a plus. I booked an executive suite and was surprised it was 2 levels. It was a nice room but being with a group of women in their 70's, none of us were able to take our bags to the 2nd floor bedrooms as they were all 50 pounds so we had to spread out our 4 large suitcases in the living room area, I expected a room as a single level. The room was very nice, with a great patio and a full kitchen with 4 plates, some silverware and a few coffee cups but nothing to clean them with - no dish soap, no cloths or sponges, so no way to clean or dry anything. When we went to ask for cleaning supplies they said we had to go buy our own. Seriously? So you are ok with just rinsing dishes, letting them drip dry and then let the next customers use dishes that were not properly cleaned? Not ok! But the biggest negative is the lighting in the bathrooms. They were nice big bathrooms, but the lights were nothing more then 2 above the sink nightlights so they were very dark and unusable for getting ready for they day. For a large bathroom, don't you think they could have added an outlet, but again, no way to get ready in the bathroom. A nice bathroom, but totally worthless! I gave this a 3 because of the location and the large room, but too many things are lacking. A few of the staff members were nice and helpful and the rest just couldn't be bothered to help. I can't recommend this hotel.

La suite était agréable, même si la salle de bain présente un petit bémol : équipée d’une baignoire, la douchette très puissante provoque facilement des éclaboussures voire des inondations.||Le restaurant Le Velvet est une véritable pépite ! A Hotel in need of a major overhaul. We had rooms with a kitchenette. This only consisted of a fridge and kettle. No microwave or toaster. We had a kitchen sink but no washing up liquid , dish cloth or tea towel to dry cups. We were only provided with 2x teabags and 4x coffees and 4x sugar, no milk provided. Friends asked for milk and extra teabags and we’re going to be charged a staggering $26 Australian Dollars so decided against it. No shade round pool, very limited sunbeds and no chairs or sun umbrellas. Pool decking area is in need of maintenance. The Hotel Lobby is very dark as is the lighting in the rooms. In all, very dissapointing. On a positive note, the hotel is very near the port and markets.

Nous étions dans la suite junior, quelle agréable surprise de voir ce petit loft sur deux étages ! Chambre très propre, literie confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Le monsieur de l'accueil a tout de suite été accueillant et souriant, mis à l'aise. Nous sommes arrivés le matin, chambre pas encore prête, tout de suite il a pris nos bagages pour qu'on puisse se promener.
Seul point négatif, au niveau de la douche qu'il faudrait une paroi plus grande pour éviter de mettre de l'eau partout.

Großzügige, gut klimatisierte Zimmer. Zentrale Lage, die Ablegestelle der Kreuzfahrtschiffe erreicht man auch zu Fuß. Das Restaurant hat mich abends weniger überzeugt.

We had a junior suite. The hotel and room were modern and clean. Wifi was excellent. Restaurant was outstanding - 5 stars. Only issue was the shower in the bathroom which didn't have a proper door to prevent water from getting on the floor. Hopefully they will fix this issue. The staff was very courteous and helpful. One piece of luggage was mistakenly left in LAX airport coming to Papeete. Hotel staff was on top of it when it got delivered a day later to them by the airline.

Piscine en travaux, bar fermé, petit déjeuner léger...

Rooms and hotel were great. Very clean and presentable facilities. Front desk staff were prompt and friendly. You can exchange currency here as well. They need a little better lighting and ice machines repaired / installed but other than that a good place to go.
