Service et prestations au top ! Les véhicules sont très pratiques, et le service client est hyper réactif. Arthur est vraiment génial. N'hésitez pas une seule seconde, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Hello Scoot m'a permis de faire le tour des endroits cultes de Moorea avec des amis qui sont venus en vacances en Polynésie . Des scooters agréables à conduire et surtout simple d'utilisation. Ils repartiront la tête remplie de bons souvenirs. Mauru 'uru

Inscription rapide surtout lorsque tu es pressée… De plus si tu n'as pas de data, l'agence propose une connexion wifi gratuite pour commencer et terminer ta location même lorsque l'agence est fermée. Service client très sympathique !!

Never again!!!
Caution rip-off!! Completely overpriced and complicated system. Also not good customer service. In addition, you can't climb a mountain with a scooter in Tahiti. The device is only good for stretches at ground level; Range but also very limited at 80 km. CONCLUSION: Never again an e-motorbike and especially not from this company!!!

Le service client est hyper réactif (++).
Il est fort recommandé d'avoir un abonnement 4G. C'est moins stressant que de se débrouiller avec le wifi uniquement. Et cela permet d'appeler le Service Client au moindre soucis ou quand on veut changer de plan.
A Moorea, il y a des points de recharge non signalés dans l'Application. Il faut repérer les pancartes jaunes disposés sur la route.
En résumé, je recommande.
On a du wifi chez Hello Scoot' en ville, mais il faut venir à l'agence effectivement... Et on peut fournir les cartes sim :)
