Pésimo servicio. Está compañía me dejó sin reserva a semana y media previa la fecha (la cuál había hecho desde casi 4 meses previos). No me supieron dar respuesta ni solución.

Made me wait two weeks to sign and then it turns out the apartment wasn't available for rent in the first place

Unfreundliche Service. Vermute v hilfsbereit nie gehört! Organisation unten null, und nebenbei nicht erreichbar! Finger weg für jedem was will Ärger und Stress sparen!

Lo que dicen en la respuesta es falso. No hubo intervención de la policía de ningún tipo.
Si es como dice, que presente un documento que lo acredite.

BEWARE!! Do not travel to their appartments!!
We paid 400€ deposit and they didn't give it back.
They made us sign a contract saying that if we exceeded "a noise level" they would kick us out of the flat. So far so good. However, when we returned home we were told that "we had exceeded the permitted level", providing as proof a device that did not identify levels or measure decibels, it just said that "we had exceeded it" and therefore we would not get it back.
After talking to the owners and Booking, we have not been refunded.
Pagamos 400€ de fianza y no nos la devolvieron.
Nos hicieron firmar un contrato en el que se decía que si superabamos "un nivel de ruido" nos echarían del apartamento. Hasta aquí todo bien. Sin embargo, a la vuelta a casa nos dijeron que "habiamos superado el nivel permitido" aportando como prueba un aparato que no identificaba niveles ni medía decibelios, solo decía que "lo habíamos superado" y que por lo tanto no nos lo devolverían.
Tras hablar con los propietarios y con Booking, no nos han devuleto el dinero.
Si es como dice, que presente un documento que lo acredite.
