New York and had notified them of my 7am arrival when I booked. The guy at the reception told me there was no check-in before 3pm (even though I offered to pay extra for early check in) and gave me a lot of attitude. Zero customer courtesy and very rude staff.
Mit mir ging man allerdings nicht besser um: Geld hab ich keines zurückbekommen. Trotz langer Diskussion. Mir blieb nichts anderes übrig übrig, wie noch mal ein anderes Hotel in der Stadt zu buchen, wo man zu meinem Hund und mir freundlicher war.
