Helpful information on their website re location and how to get there, suggestions of where to walk/visit. Excellent location (Metro station L3 Green line ia two blocks away). Gracia neighbourhood has all needed amenities and is walkable to “downtown” and many sights. Building feels secure, with 24 hr staff at Reception and guests leaving room keys at the desk when going out. Pleasant staff! Very comfortable bed, good reading lights, aromatherapy body products in bathroom. Openable windows and electric shades. WiFi is quite good.

Great place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe location adjacent to excellent Metro and bus links. Highly recommended.

El lugar es agradable para pasar unos días tranquilos en Barcelona.
Cerca del metro y con todos los servicios cerca.
El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias.
El único punto a mejorar es el ruido entre habitaciones y pasillo ya que los muros y la puerta de la habitación no están muy aislados.

Conosco questo aparthotel da parecchi anni e ci torno sempre quando vado a Barcellona perchè mi sono sempre trovata benissimo, però devo dire che quest'ultima volta ho qualche critica da fare, ossia le stanze andrebbero un po' riammodernate in alcuni dettagli come ad esempio cambiare gli asciugacapelli da parete che risultano davvero datati e oltre a essere lentissimi sono scomodi, inoltre la presa che c'è in bagno è adatta esclusivamente per rasoi elettrici e avendo avuto bisogno della piastra x capelli ho dovuto utilizzare la presa del comodino, scomoda e senza specchio. Consiglio inoltre di aggiungere qualche tisana/the in ogni stanza vista la presenza del bollitore sarebbe carino e magari anche una bottiglia d' acqua omaggio non sarebbe male!! Detto ciò lo consiglio comunque; il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile e la posizione la considero ottima nel barrio de Gracia che a mi avviso è uno dei più belli e caratteristici di Barcellona!!
