Sehr sehr nette und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Gutes Frühstück. Super Lage. Für Städtetrip einfach perfekt.

This hotel is marketed as a three star hotel, but at most it is worthy of being a two star hotel. The rooms are extremely tiny; dated; furnished spartanly with only a bed, small television, lamp, and coffee maker; and loud. The room I was provided was joined to another room with a door and everything that was said or done in the adjoining room could be clearly heard in my room. The location, however, is great, and most of the tourist areas are easily accessible on foot. The room, bedding, and towels were also clean, but I would expect that of any commercial hotel so I don’t consider that to be a positive. Overall, my experience with this hotel left me feeling like I was staying in a private room at a hostel rather than a three star hotel.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione facile da raggiungere e comodissima vicino alla metro e la rambla, la zona è servita da vari supermercati e ristoranti/bar (di sera infatti c'è un pò di movida). La camera era spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, calda e pulita (se voglio essere pignola aggiungerei solo qualche lampada in più per illuminare la stanza), c'era anche una bella terrazza con lettini e idromassaggio con acqua calda usufruibile fino a sera da cui poter ammirare anche una bella vista sui tetti della città. La colazione a buffet era davvero vasta tra dolce e salato. Il personale è stato davvero cordiale. Sicuramente ci tornerò per una prossima visita alla magnifica Barcellona!

Excelente para quem procura um sítio acolhedor e sossegado. A localização não poderia ser melhor, no centro de tudo, com transportes, comércio, bares e restaurantes tudo à porta. Excelente pequeno-almoço com variedade. Em relação ao staff nada a apontar, excelente profissionalismo e simpatia, sempre muito atentos e prontos a ajudar.
