Perfect location, accessible to lots of the great locations via walking and easy access to 2 metro stations. Service was outstanding from calling cabs, making reservations and dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently. Rooftop terrace is a special treat when the weather is good. Totally recommend to anyone staying in Barcelona. Oh and the breakfast was delish!

Fantastic hotel in an ideal location & spotlessly clean throughout. Great staff & Roberto on arrival was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Great selection at the breakfast buffet & the complimentary cava at the rooftop bar was a nice touch, we will be back!

Privilege room is a ramshackle room. I was reading the other reviews and I just don’t get it. Our room was tired, old, horrible. And we paid more to be in the privilege. I am not the type of writing bad reviews but people should be aware of the true status of the hotel.
