The rooms here overall are so beautiful, and the hotel itself is so conveniently located. Service itself was also outstanding. When we first checked in, we’d found that we’d been placed in a handicapped room, and while it hadn’t been what we expected at first, Ayanna at the front desk was extremely encompassing with getting us changed into a non-handicapped room, and getting us situated. Definitely recommend!

The terrace at the Pulitzer Hotel had a great ambiance. The drinks and tapas were affordable and quite good. It is a great place to wind down with some friends after work or even to start the night. I recommend getting there early as seating is limited, however if you don't mind standing while snacking and drinking then any time is acceptable. Would go back again!
Staff was not that attentive I feel. I arrived in a taxi at night, lugged my luggage towards the door and no one open the door to help and there were at least 4 persons at the counter behind the door.
The rest of the stay was fine. Good breakfast.
