Our vacation in Barcelona was perfect thanks to this stunning hotel. The location made walking to key attractions very easy, and the surrounding gothic quarter is gorgeous. Even better was the service and hospitality. Tomas was so kind. He carried our bags all the way up a hilly street when our cab dropped us a bit out of the way, and he greeted us with a smile and warm welcome every day of our trip.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel, tucked away on the beautiful Plaça de Sant Felip Neri. It was a very comfortable room overlooking the plaça. (And the hotel restaurant has the best croquetas.) Staff was incredibly helpful, especially Darío. They pointed us to other really fantastic and authentic places to eat. The streets are mostly pedestrian-only, but if you have a lot of luggage, they can help get a taxi to you.

Hablaré como servicio de bar y diré que no vuelvo a este local. Quería tomarme algo en la terraza con mi perrito y relajarme porque está en una ubicación excepcional. Para empezar el.bitones me hizo entrar al hotel con el perro, cuando le dije que no creía que fuese lo oportuno, para después llegar a la barra del bar y que me dijeran que no podía estar ahí con mi acompañante (como ya me pude imaginar) les dije que solo quería tomarme algo en la terraza y así lo hice volví a salir por la puerta, pero el mal rato me lo podría haber ahorrado. El problema fue cuando estuve 20 minutos esperando a que alguien se dignara a salir a tomar nota y más aún cuando solo habían 3 mesas ocupadas fuera...en definitiva una decepción

Everything about our stay here was incredible, especially Tomas. He was so helpful and kind, would return again just for him. The room was also beautiful, and the breakfast was wonderful. Wish we had stayed longer!
