Ao solicitar o "check out", o hotel estava sem sistema de controle de hospedagem, assim, como eu tinha horário para embarcar, acreditando na gerência do hotel, confiei neste estabelecimento e retornei ao Brasil. Após muitas reclamações, recebi o resumo da estadia, mas, não recebi o valor referente a restituição do depósito realizado neste hotel. Foram diversos e-mails, trocas de mensagens pelo WhatsApp, sempre postergando a restituição, que até o presente momento não ocorreu! O atendimento é péssimo! Sempre uma desculpa para não realizar o pagamento!
Lujazo de hotel, buena ubicación, maravillosa habitación, impresionante roof top pero lo mejor el personal y el servicio. ENHORABUENA!!!! Esperamos volver pronto
The corner rooms don't work at all! The bathroom is too small for two people. The architect did not do a good job here. The other rooms are good. The bed and pillows are sensational. The shower, however, is too tightly calculated so that the water spreads everywhere. The bar is good and they can also make good cocktails. Breakfast buffet is too modest for this category, there are definitely better ones.
The location is too remote. Even though subway station is around the corner, for private purposes a more central or beach location is better. Value for money is OK but I would not stay there again.
