Am ersten Abend gleich Zimmer gewechselt da wir ein Zimmer mit Office-Bereich zum arbeiten benötigten (ohne Aufpreis).
Sehr hilfsbereite Bedienungen beim Frühstück (einziges Feedbacks gerne bis 11 Uhr Frühstück servieren, nicht nur bis 10).
Gym top Geräte und Zustand, sehr sinnvoll das dieser 24/7 ist.
Einige negative Kommentare bzgl kleinem Pool bzw Öffnungszeiten auf dem rooftop können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Ein solches stadthotel sollte nach unserer Meinung so einen Rooftopbereich zum genießen und chillen haben und keine große schwimmanlage… Man sieht es auch vorher sehr gut auf den Fotos und sollte wissen, auf was man sich einstellt!
Letzter Pluspunkt, sehr ruhig (einige vergleichbare Hotels waren sehr hellhörig…)
We were early and were told it will be an hour or so for our rooms to be ready but they will get the process expedited. 2 hours later 2 of the 3 rooms were ready. When we asked about how long it would be we were told check in is at 3 so another hour. Why would 2 rooms be ready early but the last room
Not until check in time without even an attempt to let us know. It’s not the policy that is the issue but rather the lack of care of the hotel staff. Additionally others are checking in after us and their rooms are ready.
