This was my second stay at a Sircle Collection hotel (the first was in Amsterdam) and I was super happy with the property. James and Alex were friendly, helpful and very patient with questions about day trips and transportation questions. The lobby lounge was a comfortable place to chill, and the rooftop lounge was great. I appreciated having two huge windows that opened to let in fresh air. The area can be noisy at night, but when the windows were closed the soundproofing was excellent. My room was large and comfortable with bottled water replenished each day. The location is fantastic...steps away from the subway, and an easy walk to everywhere you want to go. Parking Pizza and Parking Pita are 20 minutes away. It's a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Plaça de la Vila de Gràcia - a family-friendly square with an excellent coffee kiosk, a great place for gelato and some excellent places for dinner and take-out. The best Japanese restaurant in Barcelona - Shoronpo - is also a short walk away. I hope to stay here again.

Mediocre everything. If you live on 1st or 2nd floor expect loud clubbing music from the restaurant till 1 am and window panes that are not sound proof. Service nothing to shout about. Very inconsistent, I guess that's why they call it boutique these days. Location however, fantastic.
