Es un sitio espectacular y lo mejor de todo el servicio que te ofrecen sus trabajadores ,estuvimos en el rooftop de Sir Victor y nos atendió Byron ,y nos hizo una muy buena recomendación en cuanto a cócteles y comida …sin duda alguna una gran experiencia,gracias por tan excelente servicio.

Tuve mi estancia hace una semana en Sir Víctor durante 4 noches, un hotel increíble y moderno, habitaciones impolutas y un personal dispuesto a ayudarte con todo, quiero destacar a Jose J. Room service por las noches un servicio increíble.

This hotel wants to be prestigious but doesn't quite measure up in the service category. They refused to refund me after I had to cut my trip short by 3 days due to a family emergency. The change was made a week in advance which should have given them ample time to fill the rooms. Yet, no refund. What makes matters worse is my airport pickup never showed and when I told them I was on my way in a taxi they told me to wait at the airport which would be a 45 minute wait. To top it off, when I arrived, they tried to upsell me to a nicer room because I arrived early in the morning. Who do they think they are? Not a truely prestigious hotel that's for sure. There were no attempts to fix the issue either. Terrible service. Absolutely terrible.

The room I had seems like it had water damage at one point as the floor boards were uneven in places. The shower was spraying all over the backwall from the top of the shower head, to say this place fell short of my expectations is putting it lightly. I won't stay here again and anyone considering booking here should be warned as well. Overall I would say my stay was exceptionally disappointing. The only saving grace was that the food at the hotel restaurant was great.
