Receptionists are rude and not helpful. The basic room is so dark and tiny it’s laughable. The bed is super noisy. I asked for a new pillow and my request was ignored.
The hotel is in a great location and the decoration is very nice but you’ll be more comfortable in a cheap hostel. Don’t waste your money here.

Wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit in dem Hotel! Die Lage ist großartig, mit Metro und Flughafenbahn um die Ecke. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das tolle Frühstück und das sehr nette Personal beim Frühstück. Auch alle Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption waren immer freundlich und sehr, sehr hilfsbereit! Wir kommen unbedingt und

Very cosy and excellently located right in the hearth of Barcelona

The hotel has a perfect location and is very well connected, the train from the airport stops directly there, all other parts of Barcelona are easy to get to. There is a Mercadona nearby. The staff is very very hospitable, both at the reception and the room service, we very much appreciated that. The interior design is very nice and chic. Our room was great, quiet, it had a very comfortable bed, air conditioning, a safe (no charge), all you could need. What someone might find strange is that the bathroom had no door, only the shower and the toilet had doors. But we had no issue with that. All in all, our stay was just perfect, we can highly recommend this hotel and we will be happy to come back. Thank you!
Oscura y sin ventilación. En recepción nos han dicho literalmente que ha sido por mala suerte. Ninguna intención de hacerte sentir cómodo.
En el patio las maquinas hacen un zumbido permanente. Mala suerte también.
Si vienes a Barcelona no te dejes engañar, no reserves este hotel.
