Guest receptionist extremely helpful and aware of helping with local information and provision of travel services.
Room service very good and nice touch of gift for being a returning client. Pleasant and enjoyable. The modification of patio upstairs was a great addition for relaxation and fun.

Avoid this company. Place is fine but company running it charge full amount many days before staying without informing you payment will be taken in advance and are extremely unhelpful. All I wanted to do was put payment through on a different credit card and they refused and was informed refund would take over two weeks if I chose to cancel.
Judith at the reception was very nice and helpful! Whether you need a taxi, want recommendations regarding restaurants, want to know how to travel the fastest from A to B or if you need an extra pillow, Judith takes care of it all!
Thereby the room had a view on one of the coziest squares of Vila de Gràcia, which was perfect!
At last the rooftop bar is a perfect place to relax and have a few (or more) drinks. When the bar is not open you still are allowed to use the rooftop. This is very kind!
We have noted this hotel for our next visit to BCN with a reason.
