意见 MARGOT HOUSE 巴塞罗那

Después de una extensa búsqueda, me decanté por este “Hotel” que parecía el más bonito, y desde luego era el más caro de todos los vi. Pero como hacía un viaje muy especial con mi pareja, pensé que valía la pena. Lo lleve toda ilusionada, y mi decepción fue ENORME. Primero, coincido con otro comentario que leí por ahí de que es una pensión venida a más (por 330 € la noche sin desayuno , esperaba un poco más) y no un Hotel en toda regla. Esta en la primera planta de un edificio de pisos, normal y corriente. No esperes recepción ni nadie que te ayude con las maletas. Tal vez cometí el error de reservar por booking, porque las fotos que ponen en la página son de las mejores habitaciones, con vistas al paseo de gracia, pero la realidad fue que nos dieron una habitación TOTALMENTE OSCURA, donde ni con todas las luces encendidas tenia luz suficiente. La ventana, o mejor dicho un tragaluz en la pared que daba a una pared oscura y llena de cables por arriba, se abría con el viento por la noche. Pero de verdad que no ves la luz del día en ningún momento. La habitación es enana. No pudimos ni desarmar las maletas, ya que el armario era ridículo, 4 perchas y ningún cajón. El baño, más de lo mismo, ¡sin siquiera un gancho para colgar la toalla de manos solo había dos ganchos en la pared trasera, detrás de la puerta para todo (toallas del cuerpo, batas) Realmente muy incómodo. La persona que nos atendió que dijo ser el director del Hotel, no fue muy simpático, llegando a decir que nuestra habitación era incluso superior (parece que aún hay una peor). Conclusión: pagas por la ubicación. El resto deja todo que desear.

We had a very nice and well equipped room. I particularly liked the microcement coating in the room.

The location is very good and the reception was great. The room was very nice and big but no windows, what surprised me for not being mentioned when I made the reservation.

NO ES , ESTRUCTURALMENTE HABLANDO, UN HOTEL DE 4 ESTRELLAS NI DE ASOMO. ES UNA PENSIÓN REFORMADA CON UNAS POCAS HABITACIONES TODAS ELLAS ALREDEDOR DE LA RECEPCIÓN. ESTÁ EN LA 1 PLANTA DE UN EDIFICIO, CUAN PENSIÓN, Y CON TODO EL MORRO SE HAN PUESTO 4 ESTRELLAS. PARA ACCEDER AL EDIFICIO, HAY QUE TOCAR EL TIMBRE SIEMPRE. SI TU INTENCIÓN ES TENER UNA ESTANCIA ÍNTIMA EN LA QUE PUEDAS TRAER LIGUES , NI SE TE OCURRA HOSPEDARTE EN ESTA PENSIÓN. HUYE.

Had a wonderful time at the hotel. It was situated in the heart of Barcelona, really close to everything. Had the most splendid service from Andrea, she is simply amazing and ensured we had a beautiful stay. The other staff were also amazing, though Andrea stood out and went that extra mile to help us out. Thank you guys for the wonderful accomodation. Will definitely recommend and be back
