Siamo stai in famiglia 4 gg per visitare Barcellona. Vicino alla metro. Camera familiare grande con due stanze da letto. Pulizia impeccabile e personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Staff was rude at breakfast. Didn’t refill coffee or provide more coffee pods for the machines. Didn’t refill food. No plates or silverware were available and when we asked for help or for silverware they would just walk off. Location was excellent but service was poor.

The hotel is soulless.  Decor is boring. The facilities are... ok...  gym lacks any ability to lift any serious weights. Great gym for elderly. The front desk staff at the hotel are beyond lovely. They and the cappuccino machine in the lobby are what made this hotel a decent deal but still not great unfortunately.  Do not stay in a room without a balcony. Otherwise you will have a window that opens only 5cm. This made our room feel like a prison. This was made worse by air-conditioning not really working.  It would take 6 hours to go from 26c to 24c.  We had to keep the window open but the front of the hotel is across from a school that will be loud from mid morning until late evening with sports etc.  Breakfast is ok. Eggs taste strange.

We have a wonderful stay here for a few nights away. The rooms are clean, bright, modern and welcoming and the standard of room is quite high. The hotel is located very close to a metro station and relatively easy to access from the airport. The Reception staff were welcoming and we really enjoyed the quietness of the property. The TV is of an excellent standard and we stayed win a Suite and was surprised at having two TV's. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and we will most definitely be back.

I stayed here over the weekend and it was the best stay ever all due to Rabab she went over the top to make sure me and my friends had a comfortable stay and during ramadan she helped us so much may God bless her❤️ I have never experienced such good hospitality till now

Hotel situado en zona residencial lejos del bullicio del centro turistico en zona con bares restaurantes tiendas y a 10 m del centro en metro y con buses, tambien cerca de sagrada familia cuenta con guinnasio y un desayuno excelente con dulce , salados , platos calientes, fruta y zumo naranja natural fresco con un personal atentisimo y servicial donde se hablan idiomas como resto personal, tambien cuenta con servicio roon service de comida y cena que te traen a la habitacion con una carta deliciosa y variada , en recepcion hay zona donde comprar vino locales y refrescos, camas grandes y comodas para un buen descanso, para repetir

La chambre était jolie bien aménagé mais les fenêtres sont mal isolés j'ai eu plusieurs réveils nocturne. L'impression que mon lit était sur la route au milieu des voitures. Extrêmement déçue du petit déjeuner j'ai avertie que je devais partir très tôt on m'a remis un sac avec un jus pour enfants de mauvaise qualité, une tartine de jambon pas terrible, deux gâteaux pas bons, une pomme pas de café ou thé proposé pour le prix du petit déjeuner c'est honteux d'un hôtel 4 étoiles.

The hotel really close to the metro which is convenient to reach from the Airport.

Service was attentive and the room view was amazing.
Minibar service available 24hr next to the front office.

Highly recommended and thanks to the whole team for the service.

Cet hôtel de la chaîne Mercure offre des chambres agréables. Il est situé dans un quartier animé et facile d'accès. Notre chambre, bien que située sur l'axe principal, était parfaitement insonorisée.

Café et thé à l'acceuil ainsi que guide touristique qui permette de bien préparer sa journée ou sa soirée.

Bonne situation, dans un excellent quartier. Mais l'hôtel est loin de répondre aux standards d'un Mercure. Nous avions réservé une suite junior, ce qui était un choix idéal : nous étions trois adultes et la suite était composée de deux chambres séparées, très appréciable. Pour le reste, la déco est à revoir, la salle de bains est petite et mal agencée (les toilettes sont coincées entre la baignoire et le lavabo, quand on est assis une jambe doit passer sous le lavabo !), il n'y a même pas de plateau de courtoisie avec une bouilloire pour se faire un café ou un thé, le wifi fonctionnait très mal, bref, confort minimal. Apparemment, une rénovation est en cours : une partie des chambres a été refaite, mieux vaut donc demander une chambre rénovée.

Un des plus bel hôtel du centre ville que je connaisse.
Il a été construit dans un bâtiment historique, le mélange moderne et ancien est fabuleux.
Notre chambre sous les toits était immense et magnifique, superbe salle de bain.
La literie est excellente.
Les couleurs employées sont très agréables, de magnifiques tableaux.
La piscine sur le toit est un gros avantage .
Cet établissement a un charme fou.
Le personnel est professionnel et très courtois.
