Tolle Lage, super Service! Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter:innen. Manche sprechen fließend deutsch! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This was a very nice hotel with a wonderful location and staff working.
Some of the room lookng at the other hotel has no view but this doesn’t make any limitations as fresh air comes to the room. Staff was very helpfull, The location was great, very close to placa catalunia and to zara home! Airport shuttle Aerobus has a stop around 800 m away to hotel, so, very easy to reach to airport!
There was a open buffet open for 24 hours that could make more economic of your stay in this lovely hotel.

Pésima atención y gestión por parte del hotel. Reservé el alojamiento con dos meses de antelación, poniéndome en contacto con ellos el día antes para incluso mejorar la habitación ya que en principio aún daba opción a reserva. Ese mismo día, pero diez minutos antes de que acabase la cancelación gratuita, mandaron un mensaje a la página de reserva (ni siquiera un correo) diciendo que no podría asistir a este hotel, un día antes. Me derivaban al Palacete: más económico (pero pagando lo mismo), por no hablar de que, simplemente, no es el que había elegido. Entiendo la situación pero desde luego, no las maneras. No se lo recomendaré a nadie.
Les chambres méritent d être rafraichies: propreté sommaire, serviettes usagées et elimees . L'ascenseur d aspect extérieur est sale.
