Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Perfect for a romantic getaway. We had a lovely suite facing the street with a huge balcony where you could sit and watch the bustling city life. Situated in the Gracia district which is a pleasure to explore. Internet was however very slow, this needs to improve. Also, the service at the roof top bar was very hit and miss, not in line with the rest of the service staff at the hotel. However, the rooftop is spectacular, with amazing views over the city.

No me he alojado en el hotel pero si he ido a la terraza. El servicio fue lamentable. Mucho tiempo de espera y nos tuvimos que limpiar nosotros la mesa. Se equivocaron en la bebida y nos la cobraron de todas formas y ademas fueron muy mal educados

Experiencia gastronòmica temàtica de tres horas, con guia, maridaje, y video tematico en pantalla a 360°. Cocina gourmet y cada plato va acompañado de una bebida diferente, todo explicado con todo detalle. Genial, repetiré.

Je suis allée à la terrasse de l'hôtel Casa Fustel avec une amie, nous avons été extrêmement bien reçues et servies par Yoel, QUI PARLE FRANCAIS ! Et qui nous a fait des mojitos Cubains Incroyables ! La vie est superbe et je recommande a 100 % pour le service d'exception ???? à bientôt et merci ☺️

Hotel Casa Fuster is located in the heart of a lively and wonderful area where a full of life, shops, restaurants and cafes there in Pg. de Gracia.

The hotel has an iconic architectural style that attracts attention from the outside. The hotel lobby is luxurious, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the staff are very kind and courteous.

Exceeded expectations! This hotel represents what excellent service truly means. The staff is remarkable. Personable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Excellent location, great breakfast, warm atmosphere, beautiful rooms. We truly cannot say enough for much we enjoyed our stay there!

Vorsicht: in den Wintermonaten sind gewisse Zimmer ohne Heizung und wenn man sich beschwert bekommt man einen Heizkörper ins Zimmer gestellt. Dies ist nicht 5 Sterne würdig.

Juste un verre et tapa au café Vienès. Moment de calme pour une pause touristique . Personnel très attentif. Un coup d'œil au roof top au passage : vue plongeante sur la passei de gracia.

Espectacular hotel. Arquitectura iconica. Localización perfecta. Instalaciones con muy buen gusto, combinando su estilo modernista con todas las comodidades modernas. El servicio es de lo que ya no hay. Son todos encantadores, y precio razonable comparado con la oferta de Barcelona.

Terrible experience, the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a 5 star hotel. Im amazed by the awful quality of food at the hotel restaurant and shocked at how they handled it (or didn’t) after I addressed it. Many other much better options in the area

Accueil et gentillesse du personnel: des conseils nous ont été donnés pour organiser nos visites.
L'appartement était spacieux, propres et décorés avec gout. La wifi a été très appréciable.
L'emplacement est assez central; nous étions à 15 mn à pied de la place de catalogne.
Le tarif est un peu trop élevé à mon sens.
