Odlična lokacija, adekvatan odnos cene i kvaliteta. Sobe čiste, prvo veče nismo imali toplu vodu u kupatilu ali je osoblje brzo rešilo problem. Zamerke-nema stalne recepcije pa morate najaviti tačno vreme dolaska (ili pozvati telefonom kad stignete do hotela), nema mogućnosti ostavljanja prtljaga nakon odjavljivanja do polaska na aerodrom.

Ottima posizione a 100 metri dalla cattedrale ed altrettanti dalla metro.
Nella camera c'è tutto ciò che serve.
Forse un po' rumoroso il climatizzatore, ma nulla di insopportabile.

Ontvangst was prima. Locatie was top! Geluid van buitenaf was er bijna niet. Geluid van andere gasten en bovenburen was er behoorlijk. De kamer zelf was vreselijk! Ja het is een budget hotel, maar schoonmaken is een pre! Het enige wat ik wil is een goede matras en een schone kamer, maar overal lag stof. Alles zat vol schimmel op de badkamer. Linnengoed zaten ook vieze vlekken op. Er was geen dagelijkse schoonmaak. Handdoeken en toiletpapier wordt niet aangevuld in het weekend en op feestdagen. Shampoo werd überhaupt niet aangevuld in de 6 dagen dat we er waren. Alles was vies, vuil, verrot of onveilig, durfde de föhn niet te gebruiken. Brandgaten in nachtkastje, doorgezeten stoel, een bodem van een kartonnen pak sap ofzo was tegen het plafond geplakt. Gewoon niet okee en ziekmakend. De vieze geur op de kamer bleef hangen, ook al stond de deur de hele dag open. Wifi was niet echt stabiel en het duurde zeker 10 minuten voor het water warm werd. Er zijn heel veel betere budget hotels in Barcelona waar je ook nog eens een stuk minder toeristenbelasting betaald!

Главное достоинство-это место. Самый центр. Очень удобно. Транспорт рядом. Достопримечательности рядом. Рядом много кафе и маленьких супермаркетов. У нас номер был с балконом. В номере есть сейф. Вайфай есть. С интернетом проблем не было. Из минвсов: уже пора делать ремонт. Состояние номера ещё ничего,но уже на грани. И вот в целом вроде чисто,но в укромных местах грязно. Убирают не очень качественно. Жаль,что нет чайника и элементарной посуды. Не удобно,что нам нужно было сказать точное время заселения. Нас встречала женщина, которая ещё заполнила что-то и мы оплачивали наличными туристический сбор. Т.е. заселение заняло некоторое время. По итогу все было хорошо. И отдыхом довольны. Но надо понимать,что это весьма бюджетный отель.

Emplacement top, pas de réception mais le monsieur m attendait devant la porte à l heure fixée d arrivee. Pas de service ( pour appeler un taxi pour l aeroport à 4.00)le week-end. Le charmant monsieur de l hotel voisin nous a rendu ce service. Lit confortable et propre. Linges troués et tachés.Salle de bain moisie. Couloir bruyant quand les gens rentrent et murs en papier,mais nuit assez calme. Je conseille ces " chambres" pour l Emplacement et le bon lit. Le reste...

Hotel je na dobroj lokaciji, sve bitne stanice metroa su u blizini L3, L4 kao i bus linija H16 kojom možete do Mar Belle.
Hotel je na prvom spratu, nema stalnu recepciju, nego vas dočekaju ispred ulaza u hotel i odmah dobijete sve informacije, ključeve za ukazana vrata, vrata od hotela i sobe.

L'hotel è un po' datato, in un palazzo anch'esso maltenuto.

Il punto forte dell'hotel è che si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare la città.

I couldn't advise my arriving hour so I had to wait one hour sitting down on the sidewalk for someone to let me in.
The hotel is in one floor several rooms. My has a terrace. Nice and comfortably bed. The bathroom is clean and nice. Small cozy room.

Es un hotel de una estrella, la relación calidad precio está bien. En pleno centro de Barcelona, se puede ir a muchos sitios andando a pocos minutos. Las habitaciones son sencillas, entra mucho ruido de la calle.

Really good located. Almost everything what u need u can find on few streets around. Room had own bathroom and terrace, what is comfortable if u want see city live from above, they are clean and even middle in city you cam rest, window is pretty soundproof. 20 minutes walk to beach. Price also really fine. It stand on big street but is a little bit hard to find the main Doors :d but mr Hilario will come to help you as well!

La atención es solo cuando te recepciónan la documentación. Luego no hay más contacto con la recepcionista. El aire acondicionado no funciona.. Solo funciona a modo calefacción
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Cerca de metro, de atracciones de lugares típicos de BARCELONA.
Si buscas algo con buena ubicación, económico y funcional está es una buena opción

Hotel Annex - Rey Don Jaime

En primer lugar quiero destacar la excelente atención de Andrés, quien estuvo pendiente de mi vuelo y recibirme muy eficazmente.
La habitación súper cómoda, muy aseada, el baño con todo lo necesario y aún más, ya que había la posibilidad de más utensilios si lo requerias. Tenía un balcóncito que daba vistas preciosas a la calle, desde donde se podía ver la entrada al Ayuntamiento y la Generalitat.
La ubicación, la mejor que he tenido, muy céntrico, con medios de transporte a sólo metros, seguridad, locales comerciales de todo tipo, con todo a la mano.
Volvería a repetir sin dudarlo.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Posizione perfetta, vicina praticamente a tutto, stanze piccole ma il letto piuttosto comodo.
Pessima igiene, bagno e stanza molto sporchi, capelli e polvere ovunque se non fosse stato per la pulizia l'hotel lo consigliere per rapporto qualità prezzo soprattutto grazie anche alla stategica posizione.

Nos quedamos 5 noches y no limpian la habitación, sí que están muy atentos si te los encuentras que si necesitas algo, toallas, papel, cambio de sábana... Pero si no, nada.
La ubicación un 10 súper céntrico y puedes ir a todos los sitios andando.
De precio lo mejor que entontamos, también un 10.
