Nuestra experiencia no es ni será nada bueno. Desde la app de booking aclaramos que necesitamos una habitación mixta llegamos al lugar donde Joaquín nos dice que era casi imposible re ubicarnos. Sus opciones fueron cambiarnos de hostel, que mi pareja se sienta mujer o devolvernos el dinero. Opte por la 1ra opción. Al llegar al otro hostel nos informan que el servicio de toallas se alquilan. No obstante es imposible dormir, la gente hace ruido todo el tiempo. Las literas hacen mucho ruido, los colchones horribles. No volveremos!!!! Nada recomendable!!!

Ho messo una stella al servizio e alle camere perché le foto sono allusorie e non mostrano la realtà dei fatti.
Voglio fare una lista per essere breve e incisivo:
Partendo dal fatto che arriviamo da un viaggio mattiniero, arrivando in hotel alle 8:30 non ci è stato data la possibilità di fare il check-in,quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare le 15:00.
Abbiamo una camera da 4, ma lo spazio è adatto a 1 persona, entrati in stanza abbiamo notato un locchetto sulla finestra che impedisce di aprirla e quindi di cambiare aria, che è stata messa per “questioni di sicurezza” e ripeto che essendo in 4 in stanza é difficile e direi quasi impossibile fare circolare l’aria,ricordando che la stanza è piccola e siamo in 4.
I letti sono a castello (da 2) e NON sono assolutamente sicuri, perché non dotati di protezione per evitare cadute.
Detto questo… spero di non dover aggiungere altro e che facciano un “upgrade”. E se dovessi dare un parere di questo posto lo sconsiglierei FORTEMENTE !!

There are not curtains on the beds like in the pictures online. The bathrooms smell. The room was unbearably hot when it was cold outside and the heater was off and the window doesn't open. I was sweating 10 seconds after walking in the room. The beds are practically touching theyre so close. Mine didn't even have an outlet and I ended up leaving at 3am before my phone could die because I needed it charged for my 6am flight and didn't want to risk falling alseep and not hearing my alarm from across the room. Ive been told that other safestay hostels are okay, and this one was definitely in a great location. Very central to everything. Near a lot of shops and ATMs and a metro station. The staff are friendly and everyone in my room was nice but I would not advise staying here more than one night. And make sure you have a portable charger if you get put in the middle upper bunk.

You definitely get what you pay for at this place. The lighting in the rooms is not good, the window is almost fully covered, and you are not allowed to open it. There are no hooks in the room and the storage is pretty run down. Nice central location with lots to do in the area. There was a problem with the booking that made the stay pretty stressful but the reception was helpful and understanding with it.

Tuvimos la suerte de dar con este hostel por casualidad. Nos atendieron a altas horas muy amablemente, se preocuparon por ayudarnos a solucionar el problema que habíamos tenido e incluso nos guardaron las maletas al día siguiente. El personal es excepcional, grandes personas y grandes profesionales.
Las instalaciones son muy buenas, hay todo lo necesario. Lo recomiendo 100%
