Very nice hostel. Clean and safe. I was a little afraid because it was the first time staying at a hostel, but it was a really pleasant place.

Service, location, overall vibe of the place is super! But our (12 bed) dorm had such bad air quality we woke up early with blocked sinuses and aching muscles and could not stay in there.
I mean, we were eager to set out on adventures so it didn't really do us much, but if I was staying longer I would have asked for another, better ventilated, room.

I did a booking at the end of January 2024 via SafeStay website, but not like any other booking application, that reservation details was never existed on my account in that website. Time went by, I forgot already about that booking and made another booking to another hostel.
Morning time of reserved day, all of the sudden SafeStay debited an amount of money from my bank account without my permission.
I asked for refund but the back office said it could only be cancelled 24 hours before staying date.
They had never given any reminder over this stay, no reservation/booking details available on my account in their website, how could I cancel it?!
I paid fully for nothing!
All reviews over stolen stuff are totally correct! They are all well-structured robbers!
I would never stay in their hotel my whole life! Better to rethink this hostel name, owner? IT'S NOT SAFE AT ALL!!!
