Acceuil parfaite à la réception, très jolie , très sympathique .
Dans la chambre ça est tout autre chose .
Cela sent l’humidité l’es vêtement en prenne l’odeur , canalisation salle de bain , les murs sont salle ,
Le bruit des chambre de dessus j’en parle pas , c’est horrible , mais vraiment horrible
500 euro la nuit pour trois , une fois pas deux ! Je déconseille pour le prix c’est trop .
Une fenêtre donnant sur les cuisines de l hôtel , les odeurs en ouvrant la fenêtre forcément ( une fenêtre pour une grande chambre ) cela ne vos pas du tout 5 étoiles .
Je regrette tellement d’avoir choisis cette emplacement

Beautiful hotel. Key cards in the wall for electricity was a first for me. Upon arriving we were met with a glass of cava while we waited to be checked into our room. The rooftop bar was a great nightcap for us. Friend service and they even remembered what we like to drink. Several good gifts when you stay here. $50 credit to the spa (although they were all booked up we didn't get to use it), free tickets to the Egyptian museum and a welcome drink/appetizer at their new sushi restaurant where I had the best sushi of my life. Just down the street from many of Gaudi's structures. A great stay.

excellent location, staff are very friendly, rooms are super clean, i highly recommend this hotel because of its staff and location.

The service is wonderful! My friends and I stay there for 4 nights last year when we went to Barcelona at 2023. Our experience was so wonderful we decided to stay in this hotel again for 6 nights this time, instead of take any chance on other place we haven’t been before.
Once again, we enjoy ourself quite a lot. When we there last year, Fernán at the front desk helped us and he was wonderful so we were so very happy to see him again this time. Also, the young doorman John (I am not sure how exactly to spell his name) was also very helpful to us. The over night front desk also the door man was very helpful to us as well since we arrived at 1AM due to a delay on our flight. I regret didn’t catch their name so I can mention them here.
All and all we had a wonderful time again there and we will definitely stay there again and again when ever we go to Barcelona! We will also recommend this place to our family and friends. Thank you!
