Amazing hotel. Even better staff. Honestly the whole experience was five star. From the hospitality, to the rooms, the staff were friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and very respectful. The hotel was clean and tidy and smelled fresh. The service was immaculate and what one would expect from a 5 star service. The food was really great too, breakfast and room service was fantastic. The location is also really good with the beach, casino, boardwalk and many night life and food places near by. It was an excellent experience and worth a stay if you are in the Barcelona area and want to stay close to the beach. Everything was great and we’ll be coming back again for sure! - Thanks for making this trip so wonderful

Schöne Aussicht und freundliches Personal aber sonst nichts wo ein 5 Sterne Hotel rechtfertigen kann. Haben eine Penthouse Wohnung gehabt für ca 2000.- pro Nacht . Keine beheizten Pools und im kleinen Whirlpool 2x2 Meter dürfen keine Kinder rein. Die Sauberkeit sucht man auch im Spaabereich vergebens . Im Lift stecken geblieben und Alarmklingel geht nicht. Kleinigkeit vom teuren Frühstück ( 45.- Euro) ins Zimmer geht nicht wird weggenommen da man das nicht darf. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer funktioniert nicht.
Also entscheidet selber ob das 5 Sterne sind und diesen Preis rechtfertigen wir waren leider 3 Tage dort aber sich nie mehr

Se situe au 1er étage de l'hôtel Arts à Barcelone. Le personnel est aux petits soins.
Service was perfect, kind and committed to any client’s request.
The room was just amazing. We booked the “Sea view” and thanks to the full glass window, the view is just incredible. The room itself was also huge, about 30-40m2, separate bath and shower
The bar was beautiful and nice cocktails served.
I would definitely go back there for my futures stop in Barcelona !
