Quizás el mejor Business hotel de Barcelona. Salón Gaudi y terrazas inmejorables para organizar un evento. Un 10 Guess services. Somos habituales por trabajo y me parece un acierto trabajar con ellos. 9/10 un secreto… The Club!

High quality service & attention to details; concierge are local experts & got us reservations for restaurants that I could get myself; the room was beautiful

This hotel was a great experience with lovely staff.

At the stay I got severely sick. The concierge took great care of me and helped me finding a hospital and getting doctors advice. After I got back from the hospital they checked on me multiple times. Great customer service, they go up and above to help me get through my situation.

Although I’m sad that I didn’t got to experience Barcelona and the luxury’s of the hotel, they did absolutely amazing.

Thx to all the staff and especially the concierge’s. I’m doing much better now.

This hotel goes beyond customer service to deliver an unforgettable experience. From the bellman's warm welcome to the front desk's smooth check-in and the concierge's exceptional service, every interaction was outstanding. The room was impeccably maintained by housekeeping, and the on-site restaurants served delicious cuisine. It's rare to find a hotel that excels in every aspect, but this one truly does. The candidness of the staff and the genuine care they showed made our stay even more special. It's one of the best stays I've ever had, and I can't wait to return.
