The appartment is as described in the pictures. The surroundings are good, metro directly outside, great bakery downstairs and just a few steps to a ok supermarket. Many restaurants nearby and a big shopping center.
The appartment is clean but some of it has seen better days, tha sofa for example. Anyhow it’s a good place for visiting Barcelona.

Perfettamente ubicato su uno dei boulevard più rappresentativi della città, l’appartamento offre una vista privilegiata su casa Battlo, lavoro iconico dell’architetto Antoni Gaudí. La sua posizione permette di raggiungere a piedi la Sagrada Familia (10 min), la rambla (5-10 min), park Güell (40 min). É, inoltre, ottimamente servito tra farmacie (una di trova esattamente a fianco del portone di ingresso), un supermercato a meno di 30 metri sullo stesso isolato, e parecchi ristoranti.
Il problema di questo appartamento sta nella manutenzione. Se non faccio fatica a credere che solo qualche anno fa fu selezionato come uno dei migliori appartamenti disponibili al mondo per affitti brevi, il tempo passa per tutti. Andrebbe sistemato, piccoli ma fondamentali ritocchi per restituirgli la cera di un tempo. Nel suo stato attuale, mi sorprende che sia un appartamento disponibile sul canale Marriott Bonvoy. Non ne rispetta gli standard.

Personnel au top, à changer la cafetière nespreso le jour même. appartement super bien place pour visiter la ville et avec une belle vue plus le roof top en espace commun. Merci beaucoup on reviendra et recommandera

- Beim Einchecken war plötzlich niemand mehr da.
- Code Eingangstür kam nach einer Stunde warten auf der Strasse noch nicht - konnten nur per Zufall ins Haus.
- Am gleichen Abend noch immer kein Code - wieder 1h auf der Strasse (mussten einen anderen Bewohner aufwecken)!
- Zustand App. viel schlechter als angepriesen (siehe Fotos).
- Bereits zu Hause noch kein Feedback, wann das Depot 300 Euro zurückkommt???
- 300 Euro war zwar günstig - es war der Ärger aber nicht wert!

Very cosy and modern apartment, we booked it for a weekend with 3 friends and I recommend it! A parking just in front of it, and a Metro station 1 min walk away. Be aware you’ll have to pay the deposit (300EUR) before you can access the accommodation, but they reimbursed it just 3 days after the checkout.

We really enjoyed Barcelona, but would not recommend this apartment. The location is pretty far out of the way, layout was odd with very little light. The bathroom and living room were very cramped for 4 people. Beds were uncomfortable and the upstairs neighbors partied allllllll night long. So, with the lack of sleep and amount of money spent on cabs to get elsewhere, it was not worth the couple hundred dollars we tried to save.

The apartment is in an excellent location. Very close to all the best restaurants you will want to visit. Also so close to Publix transportation and Paseo de Gràcia. The one problem O encounter is rust the interior patio that the bathroom’s window opens up to smelled like sewer, so we just didn’t open that window, which is not convenient.
If the building is able to fix that problem, then all would be good.
The towels are old and scratchy. . Time to replace.

We had cockroaches in the room and we had zero assistance from the office

Our stay was extremely unpleasant due to encountering an infestation of cockroaches. From the onset, we discovered two cockroaches in the kitchen and on the bed pillow, which we promptly reported to the rental office. The following day, they dispatched a pest control worker without prior notification. He identified himself as being sent by the rental office and targeted a specific cupboard in the kitchen, indicating a pre-existing cockroach issue in the apartment. Despite his treatment efforts, we continued to encounter cockroaches daily in the kitchen.

Despite our numerous emails and phone calls, the rental office only offered a refund and suggested we find alternative accommodation, which was unfeasible given our last-minute arrival and lack of available options. Consequently, we were forced to endure the ongoing presence of cockroaches and the frustration of ineffective communication and resolution attempts. Regrettably, we received no compensation for the distressing experience.

Unpleasant experience in Habitat apartments. Me and my friends booked one of the apartments for 4 nights in Carrer de Balmes 119 and we encountered many cockroaches during our stay. When we contacted the agency they sent a guy to our room and he instantly sprayed a specific shelf which means that they already knew about the problem with the insects but still they rented the apartment like everything was perfect. Very unprofessional behavior. When we asked about a refund they only proposed us to move to a different hotel-apartment for the remaining days because they couldn't help us in any other way. Except of that the location was the only advantage of the apartment.

Nice apartment, good location. Ideal for a city break. Would have been four or five stars if the mattress in the double bed wasn’t so woefully uncomfortable.
