Appartamento freddo, condizionatore non funzionante, scarico delle doccia non libero! La pulizia..... lasciamo stare!! L'unica nota positiva è la posizione dell'appartamento!

Tutto automatizzato per il check in quindi molto pratico e veloce, posizione fantastica e camere spaziose, ma le condizioni di igiene delle nostre camere era imbarazzante, dalle zolle di polvere che erano a terra e sopratutto sotto i letti (evidentemente non puliti da molto tempo) e ragnatele/polvere che si muovono sulle travi della camera da letto, per non dire dei muri sporchi di materiale organico nel bagno e saponetta già usata in bagno... Tutto bello ma più igiene!!!

Noch zentraler ist einfach unmöglich. Sehr gut organisiert mit Check in Automaten in diversen Sprachen. Zimmer bzw. Appartements sind sehr spartanisch mit sehr wenig Tageslicht. Betten sehr hart. Mit etwas Liebe könnte man hier mehr draus machen. Aber zum reinen Übernachten in absolut zentraler Lage perfekt!!!

Un horror!!! he estado alojado este fin de semana y la habitacion totalmente interior, muchisimo ruido sin control, lo alquilan y la.gente estaba toda la noche de fiesta.

Es war sehr hellhörig im gesamten Haus, die Betten war unbequem und zu kurz (bin 1,75m groß).

Ein längerer Aufenthalt im Zimmer ist nicht zu empfehlen. Nur fürs Schlafen lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall!

Der Standort ist gut, allerdings ist es überhaupt nicht komfortabel. Kein Tageslicht in den Zimmern, kein Service und es ist sehr hellhörig. Hygiene naja

Veiligheid van vluchtwegen was niet echt op orde, verder was het een prima appartement, met airco, keuken, douche en eetkamer. Het was wel best duur voor wat je krijgt.

Stayed here 2 nights with my husband and kids. The first impression as we walked to the entrance was not the best, bunt once you are in, it was very pleasant. There is no personal interaction with the help desk. Everything is done virtually and very easy to check in and check out. You can get a hold of the service desk by just picking up the phone in your room or the reception area. My only complaint is there was plenty of closet space but no iron.

Not a great place, showers was horrible, shower head was broken, water was blocked. Blankets looks very old no duvet only bed sheets and blanket. All apartment is very cold in winter. The look and feel in apartment is not great. Noises start coming from early morning and its not noise proof.

Lo elegimos por céntrico y no nos defraudó las Rambla de San José, lo Boqueria, la fuente de Canaletas iglesias y ayuntamiento todo cerca. Incluso con mi madre de 91 años paseamos sin problema y encontramos variedad para elegir donde comer. Sin embargo, ascensor incómodo a escaleras peligrosas, cargando con maletas, sobre todo las entreplantas que no tienen salida directa al ascensor. Camas muy duras en la habitación doble del apartamento 3. No vimos acceso a la terraza ni que se pueda salir a ella me hubiera gustado verla. En la entrada no hay ningún despacho y no queda nada más que varias sillas pero hay unos aseos muy cómodos porque puedes dejar las maletas en consigna y aprovechar desde la salida del apartamento.
