I found the worse experience in Iluzione yesterday. I was coming to this restaurant often since 2021, yesterday the worse service we faced. Iluzione have non competent waiter , who suggested pizza to my partner and then apparently once pizza arrived we got to know that pizza is with tuna to which my partner is allergic .We said it waiter and he started to behave like it’s clients mistake not to read properly , any normal level restaurant would fast changed pizza , but your waiter said it’s our mistake and that rest people on table should eat this pizza (the most strange offer ever heard, considering that we were eating other dishes) and still that my partner needs to pay for this pizza to which he can’t eat . I was shocked by service, basic things such change dish and please customer he didn’t know .

Muy buena toda la comida. Un muy buen sitio para disfrutar de un reunión con amigos disfrutando de ambiente, comida y servicio. Muy recomendable.

Hacía años que no iba, como justo salía de la peluquería y lo tenía cerquita fui con una amiga, para mí la calidad ha bajado no lo recuerdo como años atrás. Por eso mi valoración a día de hoy son 4 estrellas.

???? No creo que volvamos por su mala relación calidad precio.
???? Amplio local en sótano muy bien decorado y ambientado.
???? Servicio atento, amable y rápido.
????️ Mala relación calidad precio de los platos. Para el precio que tiene la pasta carbonara con trufa (30€) me esperaba una racion abundante y con ingredientes de calidad, pero no fue así. Las raciones eran justas para su precio y alguno de los ingredientes no cumplía con las expectativas (muy en concreto en guanciale).
???? 35€ pp principal y bebida.
