We booked Insiders Travel tour of Los Caracoles and had a wonderful time with Michael as our guide. I doubt without the tour we would have understood the magnificent story of this longstanding family owned restaurant. We were fortunate to meet the 3rd. (?) generation owner and she was so fun to interact with. The stories of each of the individual dining rooms, the many photographs, and of course the food, makes this a worthwhile visit. The tour starts about 1 hour before opening so you have time to explore and learn the history.

Stopped for drinks, stayed for the snails (caracoles). Amazing bartender and incredible ambiance.

We had a lovely evening in the restaurant. The ambience can't be beaten and the food was delicious. The service had forgotten us for a moment with the wine. When we mentioned this to him, he immediately apologized and served us a glass of wine on the house.

Locale caratteristico di Barcellona, da fuori sembra piccolino ma non lo è assolutamente, su più piani e si estende in lunghezza. Mangiato benissimo, calamari dal mare alla griglia, pollo arrosto con patate, gamberi all aglio e crema catalano. Tutto ottimo, vino così così a detta delle amiche (io non me ne intendo) ottimo servizio e allegro. Li consiglio
