Delicious cousin mainly Indian, and a nice place to sit and actually get work done on your computer like over the weekend.

Rooms are basic and few toiletries supplied. Food is barely edible. Staff are untrained and unprofessional.

At this, major construction site next to the hotel created lots of noise.

Located centrally in the city. Easily accessible by Taxi. The hotel is not fancy. Simple decent rooms; good bedding and Shower.
Rooms are available on bed and breakfast option.
Double costed 120$ per night on corporate rate.
We opted for a triple, we were offered a suite which had two bedrooms a kitchenette, sitting hall with sofas and two bathrooms. Corporate cost $150
The views from the hotel are amazing, overlooking Lake Victoria.
Breakfast spread was decent. Meat and veg options.
Room service was poor. Very slow on two different instances.
The hotel has a pool and a bar.
Ample safe parking available.

Good hotel in a good location. Spacious rooms with nice hot showers. The service is terrible. I called to reserve rooms and they said they were fully booked, so i reserved on booking dot com and rooms were available. The restaurant service is terribly slow, took almost 2hrs to get our dinner.

Room - clean but basic.... Could do with updating - bed & pillows quite firm

Location was OK, with good view of Lake Victoria from upstairs restaurant - major construction project underway in adjoining properly.

Restaurant -
- Beer was perfect - very cold & refreshing
- Breakfast is reasonably basic (fresh fruits, coffee, limited Bain mare hot choices, eggs to order.
- Evening meal - (I took indian) was very nice & freshly prepared.

Staff where polite & responsive

Nice hotel, however, I think the rooms are too casual to be priced the way they are. Maybe a renovation is in order.

The customer service and outdoor environment is quite nice.
