10minutes away from bus station and walking distance to train station .
The staff working here is very nice and friendly but doesn't speak good English and there is not much profesionality.
We had to change rooms cause 1st one didn't have a working shower. After check-in we had to ask for all basic things like towels, soap , toilet paper, none were in the room.
Hot water works a d toilet is OK. But mosquitoes net has many holes and electricity cuts are often. Breakfast is included but is not really something to our taste, spaghetti and kasava. Plus complimentary tea/ coffee during the day is nowhere to be found.For dinner the waiting time was 1h instead of 15minutes that were promised by the staff. We stored our luggage there for 2 days and found one bag in luggage room on the ground with our stuff all over , receptionist didn't care much.
The price you pay is cheap and good value for the money but there is definitely space for improvement!

Great budget accomodation the only downside was the breakfast options. Friendly staff

It so good and amazing environment, comfortable rooms big and beautiful gardens, affordable cost, good breakfast free Wi-Fi safe place and amazing servants????

Fine place. Nice rooms. 20,000 for cheapest room 50,000 most expensive. Nice place. Nice included breakfast. Free Coffee and Tea throughout the day. Beer for the evening at good enough pricing. It's everything you want and would expect. Good WiFi also. Laundry service available. TV in rooms. Definitely would stay again.
