1. I took a 100k room and i was honestly disappointed by it,the room ambiance very old ,so small and most disappointing part is that the heater wasnt working(mind you Iringa is VERY cold)….Not value for money absolutely disappointing
2. Customer service is oky but there is this waitress serving at the sunset top lounge had an attitude we asked for a menu and she never brought it instead she went at the counter and chilled (her name Asimwe) also nobody bothered to come and listen to us as we sat there.

PS:FOR A 4 STAR HOTEL,YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER

6km from the main highway, this beautiful hotel/Lodge in Iringa is a must visit. It is set on the top of a hilly rocky enclave with beautiful views of Iringa Town and the rocks. Service and food were excellent with two bars to serve residents until 10pm with gentle music. Definitely a highlight of our travel.

Great place for conference. Delicious foods also available. At the bar ther is a Great view of the Iringa town.
